3. Conveying stage: When the pressure in the pump reaches a certain value (conveying pressure), the discharge valve opens automatically. Under the effect of the pressure in the pump, the material in the upper part of the gasification chamber quickly enters the conveying pipe for conveying. During the process, the material on the gasification chamber is always in a state of being conveyed while fluidizing.
4. Purge phase: When the material in the pipeline is transported (when the pressure in the pump drops to the resistance of the pipeline), the air supply of the control system continues for a certain period of time, the compressed air cleans the pipeline, and then the intake valve is closed, and the outlet is closed at a certain time. The material valve completes a conveying process and enters the next working cycle.
