Purpose and characteristics of bucket elevator
D-type vertical bucket elevator is composed of moving part (hopper and traction tape), upper section with transmission roller, lower section with tension roller, intermediate casing, driving device, backstop brake, etc. ( (See the figure below), suitable for upward conveying powdery, granular, small, non-grinding or semi-grinding bulk materials, such as coal, sand, coke, cement, water ore, etc. This machine is characterized by fast centrifugal unloading: it uses rubber conveyor belt as traction member, so it is not suitable for conveying large pieces of material with high sharpness and high resistance to extraction. The temperature of the material to be conveyed must not exceed 60 degrees, and 150 degrees is allowed if a heat-resistant rubber belt is used. This machine has four specifications: D160, D250, D350, D450. The conveying capacity of this machine is 3.1 ~ 66 cubic meters / hour, and the height is 4 ~ 30 meters. In order to meet a variety of different requirements, this machine has a variety of different manufacturing methods and installation methods.
